Introduction

Hello, my name is Leigha Hinds. I am from Alpharetta, Georgia. I am a junior here at UF. My major is Sports Management. I am interested in working in the marketing department of an NFL or MLB team. I hate cold weather and am therefore hoping to find a job down in the south. I was born and raised as a Florida Gator and have attended UF football and basketball games ever since I was a baby. I truly feel that being raised attending sporting events is the reason why I followed my dream of working in the sporting environment. On campus I work as an operations associate and marketing assistant at RecSports and have volunteered with the University Athletic Association Gator Guest Services and Marketing and Promotions department. I have travelled throughout the United States and have been to Mexico and Israel. I truly love traveling and because of that, I have plans after graduation to backpack through Europe. I believe the two pictures below describe me because the first one is at a UF football game and the other is me with the camel I rode in Israel.
